Environment
We exist in a seemingly closed system but not in isolation, as no living being can exist in isolation. We are an integral part of our surroundings. With a closed system, the emphasis is that, whatever is done, for good or for worse, will stay with us. We have experienced various manifestations of it for eg., when Newton cited his third law.

or Galatians 6:7 “Be not deceived; for whatsoever a man soweth,
that shall he also reap”
The universal ledger keeps its account, maintains its statements and one day will raise its question on us. The irony is that, though we have it so clear, yet we perhaps perform our deeds so comfortably in denial.
The link between environmental concerns, its effects on people, the resulting consequences on human life and the economy are easily traceable. Greater the adverse effects on the environment, greater would be the consequences and economic costs. Everyone, irrespective of caste, creed, religion, gender and economic status, in this or in future generations, has an equal right to enjoy the benefits of our natural environment. And of course with that comes an even greater responsibility to conserve, protect and nourish it.
One’s view of life and questions of existence is shaped by a consciousness of self. We at Avgat, aim to help social groups and individuals acquire an awareness and sensitivity towards the total environment and its allied problems. Avgat strives to introduce a value system that can be imbibed to the very core of responsible environmental behavior, responsible citizenship and successful and sustainable environmental consumerism.
